Stroke survivor celebrates milestone saying ‘I’m Madonna strong’

Rob Meador is proof that hard work pays off. The Lincoln, Nebraska, man recently marked a milestone in his stroke recovery: his one year anniversary.
Rob went through the entire continuum of care at the Lincoln Campus. On his last day of therapy, his team surprised him with the Madonna Spirit Award for his dedication to therapy and his positive attitude.
Rob plans to continue therapy on his own and eventually wants to give back by volunteering. Says Rob, “Just the fact I can stand I can walk I can do so much because of the therapy … I’m Madonna strong.”
